How does the Queue Management System work

If you operate a store, franchise, your visitors can register so they know when they are next in line.

Registration widget

Your clients register though our input widget using a tablet (eg: iPad, Android device) available in your store:

Display widget

A screen displays the list of clients in line:

  • either with their full name (if the screen is only visible to your staff) ;
  • or with their firstname (if the screen is visible in the store).

In both cases, a text-message can be sent to the next client in line to notify him/her.

Queue dashboard

Each staff can access the backoffice to monitor the queue and serve the next customer in line:

CRM activity

Each visitor automatically gets an entry in your CRM with an activity card:
