Cancel several appointments at once
In case of a vacation (or an emergency closure for instance), you can cancel all appointments from one to multiple days. To do this,
- Log in to your platform;
- Navigate to the screen of a staff member for whom you want to cancel all appointments;
- Click on the Advanced tab;
- Add vacations for this staff member and click "Save".
- When registering, an alert message appears. Click Cancel all appointments to cancel all appointments for this staff member for the chosen period.
- Customers affected by these cancellations will receive a notification indicating that their appointment has been canceled and inviting them to schedule another appointment.
Adapting the content of the cancellation notification
We recommend that you modify the cancellation notification before canceling the appointments.
To do this, go to the menu Console > Settings > Message templates and choose the template Appointment cancellation.
Adapt the message to the circumstances which led to the cancellation of the appointments and click Save.
The contact files in your CRM will be updated for your customers who have had their appointments canceled (ie the appointment initially scheduled will still appear but with the status canceled).
