It is possible to use the appointment scheduling module to receive reservations for nights at your bed and breakfast. The monthly view then allows you to view the planning of your rooms.
Resource: rooms for rent
Each room can be the subject of a resource, including:
- Its name or number;
- Its description:
- Tourist tax;
- Child accommodation possibilities;
- Bed size;
- Its price ;
- Its duration;
- Photo of the room.
All of this information can appear in the details of the resource:
Note: Naturally, it is possible not to offer the choice of room: it then suffices to create only one room, and to define the quantity. It is also possible to decline the rooms by type:
- 3 double rooms;
- 1 single bedroom.
The availability schedule must correspond to the minimum arrival time, indicated in the availability calculation: Example: If the rooms must be vacated by 2:00 p.m. and are made available at 5:00 p.m. then the duration of the resource can be from 6 p.m.
The reservation module must display the descriptions of the rooms as well as their photo:

The Thank you message (before any online payment) should provide the summary of the reservation:
Must be configured here :
- The period under which reservations can be made;
- The option to book more than one night;
- The fact that the person in charge of reservations makes a manual validation of each request.
Then your clients can choose the number of nights they would like to stay:
Submitted information for each booking
In addition to the first names, surnames, email and telephone number of your clients, it is useful to collect the following information:
- Number of adults, children or infants;
- Address (for statistical purposes).
Each field can be include a translation if you target international guests:
Elements of information can also be left in the pages of the reservation form:
- Schedule at which a room must be vacated;
- Breakfast time;
The wording of emails sent to customers must naturally reflect the booking confirmation:
Do not lose the opportunity to know how the stay went: The email sent to request this feedback can be modified to replace the review link with reviews from your Google My Business page and gain visibility on Google and Google Maps.
