Client feedback report
You can analyse your business activity by asking your customers for a feedback at the end of each appointment.
Enable the feedback email
First you have to activate email sending at the end of the appointment. There is a link redirecting to a default client feedback form in that email.
In the menu Dashboard > Settings > Notifications, check the box below Customer Feedback
You can customize the email template in the menu Dashboard > Settings > Messages Templates

Default Customer Feedback Form
The customers will receive an email at the end of the appointment. If you leave the default feedback form link, we will ask your customers these three questions:
- Did your appointment start on time?
- How would your rate your overall experience?
- How likely are you to recommend this business to a friend?
You can find the results in the menu Reports > Customer Feedback.
Custom Customer Feedback
You can not change the questions of the default form, nevertheless you can change the link in the email template! For instance, you can choose to redirect you customer to a form created with Agendize (please read Create a form) or to an external NPS tool (for example GMB: please read Collecting user feedback on your Google My Business after each appointment)
